Straight talk

Most of the Bay Area is controlled airspace.

San Jose and San Francisco airports cover a lot of ground, and flying there without authorization is a real fine.

We hold the certification, we carry the insurance, and we file for authorization where it is needed. That is a meaningful part of what you are paying for, and it is the part a cheaper operator with a consumer drone is quietly skipping.

What changes the price

Sites, and whether you want video.

A single shoot covers one property and gives you 15 edited stills, which is enough to carry a month of posts and refresh your website gallery. The half day covers up to three sites and adds a 60-second video edit, which is the format that actually travels on social.

The monthly option exists because one good shoot a month keeps a profile alive without you having to think about it. We turn up, shoot, edit and post it.

Questions

The things people ask first.

How much does drone photography cost?

A single shoot is $450 for one site and 15 edited photos. A half day covering up to three sites with a 60-second video edit is $850. A monthly shoot with posting included is $700 a month.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Commercial drone work in the United States requires certification, and flying near San Jose or San Francisco airports needs airspace authorization on top of that. We handle both.

How fast do I get the files?

Three business days for a single shoot and five for a half day. If you need something faster for a listing or a bid, tell us and we will say yes or no honestly.

Can you fly at my job site?

Almost always, and we check before we book. The exceptions are inside airport approach paths without clearance, over crowds, and a few restricted areas. We confirm the site is legal to fly before taking your money.

Do I own the photos?

Yes. You get full rights to use them anywhere, including on other marketing and in listings. We only ask to use them in our own portfolio, and you can decline that.

Is drone included in any package?

Yes, the Growth and Market Leader combination packages include one shoot a month.
