You are not going to film yourself between jobs. So we come to the job site, shoot it, edit it and post it. Here is what that costs.

Straight talk

Social media will not rank you.

It closes the homeowner who already found you and is checking you are real.

Nobody hires a roofer because of a Reel. What happens is this: they find you on Google, they tap through to your profile, and they decide in about four seconds whether you look like a company that finishes jobs. Twelve recent photos of real work answers that. An empty grid from 2023 answers it too, just not the way you want.

So we price this as what it is, proof rather than lead generation. If you want the phone to ring, start with SEO and let social carry the trust.

What changes the price

Platforms, posts and whether we visit.

Managing two platforms costs less than four, because every platform needs its own format and its own captions. The bigger jump is the job-site visit. Growth and Market Leader include us turning up with a camera, which is the only reliable way to get material when you are busy.

Starter works from photos you send us on your phone. That is a real option and plenty of contractors do it, but expect to be nagged for pictures.

Questions

The things people ask first.

How much does social media management cost?

Ours is $600 to $1,800 a month depending on how many platforms you want and whether we come to your job sites to shoot content. The wider market runs roughly $500 to $5,000 a month.

Which platforms do you manage?

Usually Instagram and Facebook first, because that is where Bay Area homeowners check you out. Then Google Business Profile posts, YouTube Shorts or TikTok depending on your trade and who you are trying to reach.

Do I have to be on camera?

No. Most of what performs for contractors is the work, not the owner. Finished jobs, before and after, drone shots, a close-up of something done properly. If you do want to be on camera we will make it painless, but it is not required.

Who writes the captions?

We do, at every tier, and we write them to sound like your company rather than like a marketing department.

Will this get me leads?

Sometimes, but that is not what you are buying. Social media is proof for people who already found you. Treat it as the thing that closes them, not the thing that finds them.

Can I approve posts before they go out?

Yes. You see the calendar and you have the final say on everything. Nothing goes out that you have not seen.
