Website design pricing. A project, with an end date.
A website has a start, a finish, and something you own at the end. So it is priced once, not monthly. Here is what each build costs and how long it takes.

Why we will not rent you a website.
If you stop paying and the site disappears, you never owned it.
Plenty of agencies sell a contractor website for $199 a month forever. Five years in you have paid $12,000 and you still cannot take the site anywhere. We price the build once, you own the result, and if you leave, it leaves with you.
Pages and copy. That is mostly it.
The two things that actually drive build cost are how many pages you need and whether somebody has to write them. Design time is broadly the same whether the site is five pages or ten. Writing ten pages of honest copy about your trade is not.
City pages are the other multiplier, and we only build them where the search data shows real demand. Our own study of what Bay Area homeowners actually type found several cities with no measurable volume at all. A page for a town nobody searches is a page nobody reads, and we will tell you that before we quote it.

Taking more than one service?
A build combines with SEO, social and drone into one monthly rate afterwards. The Growth package pairs a $4,500 build with $2,700 a month and saves $600 a month.
The things people ask first.
How much does a contractor website cost?
Ours run $2,500 for a five-page build, $4,500 for ten pages with copy written for you and online booking, and $8,000 or more for multi-location work. That is the build. Hosting and a care plan are separate and optional.
How long does it take?
About three weeks for Essential and about five for Professional, measured from the day we have your photos and content. The single biggest cause of delay is waiting on material from your side.
Do I own the website?
Yes. You own the domain, the site and the content. If you ever leave, we hand it over and help you move it.
Is SEO included in the build?
The technical groundwork is: clean structure, fast pages, proper titles, and your Google Business Profile linked correctly. Ongoing SEO is a separate monthly service, because ranking is not a thing that finishes when a site launches.
What if I need more than ten pages?
That is the Custom tier. We scope it, quote it, and the price does not move once it is agreed unless you add to it.
Do you charge for revisions?
One round after launch is included in every build. Past that we bill hourly, and we tell you before the clock starts.
