What actually moves the price.
Not your revenue. How many services and how many cities.
SEO work scales with surface area. One plumber covering San Jose is a smaller job than a plumber covering six cities with four services each, because every service and city combination needs its own page, its own listing signals and its own tracking.
So we price on coverage, not on what we think you can afford. A solo operator in one city pays the Starter price whether they turn over $200,000 or $2 million.
Three to six months. We say it before you sign.
Local SEO does not move rankings in 30 days. Expect early signs around month two or three and real movement between three and six months. Anyone quoting faster is selling something else.
That is also why we do not sell SEO as a one-time project. There is no finish line to hand over. We wrote up what local SEO actually costs and why the cheap tier of this market usually is not SEO at all.

Every line, compared.

Taking more than one service?
Local SEO combines with a website build, social and drone into one monthly rate. The Growth package saves $600 a month against buying the same services separately.
The things people ask first.
How much does local SEO cost for a contractor?
Ours runs $800 to $2,500 a month depending on how many services and cities you cover. Across the wider market you will see anything from $300 to $5,000 a month, and the bottom of that range is usually listing submissions rather than SEO.
Is there a setup fee?
No. The monthly price is the price. If you also need a website built, that is quoted separately as a project, because it has a start and an end.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. Month to month. We ask for three months of good faith because that is roughly when results start showing, but you can stop any time.
What is the difference between Starter and Growth?
Coverage. Starter targets one service in one city. Growth covers every service across every city you work in, adds city pages where the search data justifies one, and doubles the content.
Do you guarantee first-page rankings?
No, and neither can anyone else honestly. Google does not sell placement and nobody controls the algorithm. What we commit to is the work, reported monthly, so you can see exactly what moved.
Does this include Google Business Profile management?
Yes, at every tier. Profile management is not an add-on here because for a contractor it is the single highest-leverage thing on the list.
