Sama Nova is a digital marketing agency working with contractors and home service companies across the Bay Area. This page covers what we collect when you use samanova.io, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.
Fill in a form on this site and you give us your name, email address, phone number, and whatever you write in the message. Some forms also ask for your company name and website. We use that to reply to you and to quote the work.
Our contact form runs inside our customer management system rather than on this site, so what you submit goes there. That provider's privacy terms cover the data once it arrives.

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. This one uses two kinds.
Essential cookies keep the site working. They remember the cookie choice you made and let the site serve pages properly. Turning these off stops parts of the site from working.
Analytics cookies count visits. We use an analytics service and the statistics built into our hosting, so we can see which pages people read and which ones they leave. Those reports are aggregate, so we see totals rather than individuals.
A banner asks what you accept the first time you arrive. Decline and the analytics cookies never load. You can also clear or block cookies in your browser settings whenever you like, and nothing here breaks if you do.
A few pages load pieces from other companies, and those can set cookies of their own. The map on our contact page and the avatars on blog comments both work that way.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent or trade mailing lists either.
We share data with the companies that run parts of this business: the host that serves this website, the service that measures traffic, and the system that holds enquiries. Each one gets only what it needs to do its job. We would also hand over information if the law required it.
Enquiries stay in our customer management system while there is still a reason to keep them, and we clear out old ones we are not going to act on. Analytics data expires on our analytics provider's retention schedule.
We are adding an AI assistant to this site to answer common questions and point you toward the right service faster. A few things worth knowing before you use it.
It can get things wrong. The assistant builds answers from patterns in text, so it can misread your question or state something inaccurate while sounding perfectly certain. Treat what it tells you as a starting point rather than as a quote, a commitment, or professional advice. Check anything that matters with us directly.
Nothing it says binds us. Pricing, timelines, and what a project includes come from a written proposal, not from a chat window.
Keep sensitive details out of it. Card numbers, passwords, and account credentials do not belong in a chat box on any website, ours included.
We may store conversations so we can follow up on your enquiry and improve the answers. Ask for a person at any point and you get one, at [email protected] or (408) 413-1853.
To the extent the law allows, we accept no liability for decisions you make based on what the assistant tells you. Some rights cannot be signed away, and this paragraph does not try to touch those.
This site links out to other companies, and our blog posts cite outside sources. Follow one of those links and you have left our site. What happens next runs under that company's privacy policy and their terms, not ours. We do not control what they collect, how they use it, or what they publish, and we take no responsibility for any of it. Read their policy if it matters to you.
